Please have a WY Medicaid credentialed healthcare provider fill out this prescription for a "breast pump" at your next appointment and ask them to fax it to 844-276-5457.
Please note that while we encourage you to order your pump early, we cannot contractually dispense a pump until you are 28 weeks pregnant. Your pump will be shipped out directly from our fulfillment center. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your pump has shipped.
