When to Schedule a Nutritional Consult

YOU MAY BENEFIT FROM A CONSULT IF:

  • You’re preparing to introduce solid food around 4–6 months

  • You have questions about combining breastfeeding and solids

  • You’re unsure whether to use purees, baby-led weaning, or a mixed approach

  • You want to ensure your baby’s developmental readiness and nutritional needs are being met

  • You’d like to prevent common feeding concerns like constipation, food refusal, or allergies
