Our Prenatal Breastfeeding Class is designed to empower expectant parents with practical, evidence-based tools to help get breastfeeding off to a great start—and feel prepared for the early days of newborn care.
We encourage significant others or support partners to join, too—because a strong support system is one of the most important predictors of breastfeeding success.

Basic anatomy and physiology of lactation
Latching and suckling patterns: what’s normal, what’s not
How to position your baby and support the breast
