Baby Boot Camp is a fun, informative, and interactive class designed specifically for new and expectant parents who want to feel prepared to care for their newborn and support their partner in the postpartum period.
Taught by Julia Iannucci, RN IBCLC, this one-of-a-kind session covers the essentials of baby care while also emphasizing the crucial role partners play in a family’s early journey.

Basic newborn care: how to handle, bathe, and diaper your baby
Feeding 101: understanding both breast and bottle feeding and how to support your partner’s choice
Safe sleep practices to keep your baby comfortable and protected
Soothing techniques for calming a fussy baby
How to recognize and respond to postpartum recovery needs
Practical ways to show up as a supportive partner during early parenthood
