How and when to introduce a bottle
Building a pumping schedule at work

Managing supply dips, pumping fatigue, or travel schedules
Available virtually, by phone or in our East Greenwich, RI office
One-on-one consult with an RN/IBCLC
Personalized pumping and feeding plan
Unlimited phone follow-up through the same breastfeeding journey
Recommendations based on your job, baby’s feeding patterns, and personal preferences
Unlimited follow-up applies only to the child seen during the consultation.
What’s Included
We recommend waiting until after three weeks postpartum to begin planning for your return—this allows time to establish a strong breastfeeding foundation. Even if you return at six weeks, we find this timeline works well for most families.
WHY IT MATTERS
A thoughtful return-to-work plan can protect your milk supply, reduce stress, and make the transition smoother for both you and your baby. Whether you're returning part-time or full-time, our goal is to help you feel supported, prepared, and confident in your choice to continue breastfeeding.

What Mamas Are Saying:
“By the time I went back to work as a full-time attorney, Max was sleeping through the night and I had a great milk supply. Over the following months, I adjusted my pumping with your guidance—and Max weaned himself just before his first birthday. He hasn’t had a single illness, and I haven’t missed a day of work. Thank you!”

“Healthy Babies, Happy Moms was a wonderful resource to me when nursing my daughter. Not just with the initial visit, but also with questions about pumping and storage when going back to work. They are such caring people who go above and beyond to help Moms in so many ways. I can’t thank them enough”
