A baby will change your life in many ways - when and for how long you sleep is certainly one of them! For some this is a harder adjustment than for others, but all new parents can benefit from understanding how an infant sleeps and why and what we do as parents sometimes to interfere with our baby's sleep.

Details: Infant sleep expert Kathy Moren RN IBCLC will provide the information and knowledge you need to teach your baby how to sleep through the night. Topics covered will include: sleep theories, sleep goals, babies natural circadian rhythm, normal sleep problems (fussiness and growth), sleeping environment, bedtime routine, sleep and feeding, waking, napping, development changes, the extended routine and preschoolers Please note - registration is required.
