Return Policy

The return policy at HBHM Inc. is based on the premise that breast pumps, their replacement parts, and most breastfeeding accessories are individual patient care items that cannot be returned once opened. Please keep that in mind when making your purchase! We encourage you to call us if you have any questions regarding whether or not a pump is right for you before you make your purchase, as we want all our customers to make an educated decision that they are comfortable with. If a pump is returned to us unopened and in the box still factory sealed, you will be refunded the purchase price, less the credit card transaction fee, and shipping and handling, if applicable. You will also be charged a restocking fee of $15.00. If you find that your pump is defective, HBHM Inc. will gladly assist you in getting a new pump or appropriate parts from Medela, and when necessary, supply you with a rental pump, while the matter is being settled. The cost of all other items returned will be refunded the purchase price less the credit card transaction, shipping and handling fees.
