Getting ready to introduce solid food to your baby? Do you have questions about feeding your baby solid foods while breastfeeding? We provide consultations on infant nutrition over the phone and in person at your home or our office.

We will assess your baby's current nutritional needs and developmental stage, and make recommendations on when and how to introduce solids so that is a gradual and seamless process. We also offer classes on this subject in our office every other month. Please check out our Introducing Solid Food class schedule to view upcoming sessions.
