A baby will change your life in many ways - when and for how long you sleep is certainly one of them! For some this is a harder adjustment than for others, but all new parents can benefit from understanding how an infant sleeps and why and what we do as parents sometimes to interfere with our baby's sleep.

And.... as much as you know we love babies, we ask that you not bring them to the class, as the evening is generally not a good time for babies and it makes the class difficult for other participants.
